The Rockingham Church is founded solidly on two key Biblical passages:

     The Great Commission ~ "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit".  (Matthew 28:19) 

   The Great Commandment ~ “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself". (Mark 12:30-31)

Based on these two foundational teachings, The Rock is a place where people can find new life in Christ, can express their love for God in worship, and their love for neighbors through service.

Our worship service is casual and upbeat. The music is lead by the Praise Team. Our Pastor's teachings help you apply the wisdom of Scripture to your daily life.The Rock is family friendly church where children are welcome.
