Oh, how our world needs real hope and healing. (Sound familiar?) The news lately can be overwhelming to the point of feeling hopeless but God has promised us, "if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land."
Do you believe this? then Join me for prayer on Sunday at 8am.
Ladies~ on Oct 28th Helen Minerella will be joining us for a casual conversational time together from 9:30-12:00 in Sandown. Helen will be answering your questions over coffee. (Questions should be submitted to Pastor Beth ahead of time at firstname.lastname@example.org)
For Our Community- Help us provide a safe and fun evening for our kids while providing an opportunity for folks to see our NextGen space. We will need donations of candy (LOTS of candy) decorated cars in family friendly themes and volunteers. If you would like to be involved please contact Sherri Nourse at Sherri_Nourse@yahoo.com
Sometimes when it's hard to pray, I sing. As I sing, I start to feel His presence and His peace. I pray the same for you. Looking forward to seeing you on Sunday ! Pastor Beth ~
When darkness veils His lovely face,
I rest on His unchanging grace;
In every high and stormy gale, My anchor holds within the veil.
His oath, His covenant, His blood
Support me in the whelming flood;
When all around my soul gives way, He then is all my hope and stay.
On Christ, the solid Rock, I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand,
All other ground is sinking sand.
