God has given every one of us skill, talents and abilities. Maybe you have a leaning towards technology, or you can play an instrument or you’ve got a great smile and a friendly disposition. However God made you, he has a place for you! At every Rock Church location we have opportunities to use your gifts to make a real difference in the world and in the lives of others.
Every week at Rock Church, needs are being met and lives are being changed. You can be a part of this great work. So whether you are great with kids or love to sing or you make a great cup of coffee, you can be an important part of what God is doing at Rock Church.
Serving Opportunities
Hospitality Team
Our hospitality team members are the front line of providing a warm Rock Church welcome. Greeters, ushers, parking attendants, baristas and more are all a part of welcoming guests and helping them feel right at home.
Technology Team
Do you enjoy working on the computer? Do you have an ear for sound mixing or an eye for video recording? Maybe you would like to be a camera operator. Here at Rock Church, we have a number of ways to serve in the area of technology. And you don’t have to have experience. We will train.
Music and Worship Team
At Rock Church we are always on the lookout for talented vocalists and instrumentalists to be a part of our choir and worship bands. Participation in a worship band is by audition. If you would be interested in trying out, fill out the form below and let us know.
Adult Discipleship Team
Discipleship is the work of helping people grow deeper in their faith. Much of this happens through our LifeGroups and through our men’s and women’s ministry. Perhaps you would like to host or lead a lifegroup. Or you may wish to serve in support of our men’s and women’s ministry events. Let us know on the form below.
Care Ministry Team
Care ministry encompasses a wide variety of outreach related activities such as home visitation, meals, cards, personal prayer, hospital visitation, elderly check-in, and much more. .
Students Ministry/NextGen Team
Do you have a heart for the next generation? At Rock Church Ministry we place a high value on offering great programs to help our children grow in faith. There are opportunities to serve on a weekly basis in our NextGen kids program on Sunday mornings at all locations. There are also opportunities at special events such as Vacation Bible School, Summer Day Camp, and more.
We also offer a variety of different student ministry opportunities across our locations as well as a number of special events such as Reverb and Soulfest.
Prayer team
At Rock Church we believe there is power in prayer. If you have a heart for God’s people and connecting to God through prayer, we would invite you to consider being a part of a prayer team.
Facilities Team
Are you handy? In order to keep our facilities attractive, functional and inviting, we need people just like you to help keep our buildings and grounds in great shape.
Administration and Support Team
At Rock Church there are numerous opportunity to help provide the administration and support work that makes all we do possible. This includes office work, tellers, committee members and other areas of support. If you are one of those people who loves to serve behind the scenes in critical supportive roles, this might be the team for you.
